Measuring Network Usage

What is the best way to measure the amount of network usage while the robot is running? I have a test bed and I am playing around with two cameras on the Smart Dashboard. All help is appreciated.

Thanks

Re: Measuring Network Usage

On Windows, Task Manager will display network usage. On Windows 10 it also conveniently puts a line at 7 mbps. Not sure if that's a coincidence or it's getting the value from the router.

Thanks. I knew that it displayed network usage there but I didn't know how accurate that was.
