Re: New FRC Youtube show concept
I've been working on a YouTube channel myself. I've been taking apart FRC components and showing how they work. I've got around an hour or so of footage of dismantling the old Luminary Micro Jaguar and examining the schematic. However, I'm really less interested in unboxing and more interested in exactly how they work, along with some gripes about component selection (I'm looking at you 85degC C[r]apXon electrolytic conveniently nestled between the mosfets). Fun fact, that capacitor in the old Jag was supposed to be a nice high quality capacitor (Either Nippon-Chemicon or Rubicon, can't remember), but...well..looks like purchasing/management got in the way.
Anyway, looks like we shouldn't be stepping on toes. I'm going against conventional wisdom that people don't like long YouTube videos mostly because I don't particularly care. |
