IRI SALLY PORT AUTO

Just interested if anyone is going to attempt running a Sally Port routine in auto at IRI next week?

Re: IRI SALLY PORT AUTO

I'm going to take a wild guess and assume Pwnage is running a sally port auto?

If so, video would be great for those of us who will be busy IRI weekend

Re: IRI SALLY PORT AUTO

I heard there was a bench grinder that could do it.

We were thinking about running this routine most of the time at IRI.
I'm guessing very few others will so it should be open almost every match.
The Sally Port takes longer to do and can be more easily blocked during teleop so it's something that's better to get out of the way in auto. This allows us to get an extra easy cross in teleop.

Here's the link to one of the two matches we did it at Champs.

We've edited the code so that it will finish the shooting routine after the cross which it didn't do in the match linked above. We've also ran through the cross back portion for all the positions. Since we weren't able to shoot, we were never able to cross back over in auto at Champs.

Way to many auto combinations this year, thus the desire to run one repeatedly at IRI.
