SCRIW VI (South Carolina Robotics Invitational & Workshops 2016)

You thought five was enough? Of course not!

FRC Teams 1293 and 2815 Present:

SCRIW VI
(South Carolina Robotics Invitational & Workshops 2016)

The Carolinas' oldest off-season tournament is back for a sixth awesome year, giving teams one more chance to play one of the greatest FRC games in recent memory!

SCRIW is October 15, 2016, at Dreher High School in Columbia, South Carolina (same as last year, but less flooding). We'll have a full one-day tournament on an official FIRST field, with an onsite FTA to ensure everyone has a great experience.

Registration is $400, and can be started online at http://scriw.org/team-registration-form/. If you want to field a second robot for your team, B-team registration is open and $200. Pre-rookies (new teams for 2017) compete free with your registration. Between the on-site workshops and the real-as-we-can-be competition format, it's the absolute best way to give your new students experience before the season begins!

We already have 8 teams signed up for SCRIW VI and several more pending, with capacity around 30 teams:

343 Metal In Motion
1225 Gorillas
1226 Gorillas B-Team
1553 KC Robotics Team
2815 Blue Devil Mechanics
4451 ROBOTZ Garage
4901 Garnet Squadron
9999 RAM Rodz (Pre-Rookies, Hillcrest HS)

We hope to see y'all there! (Did they say "y'all" in the medieval era? Someone, research that!)
