Well, it's good to know you take your overalls with you to college, even if you forget your team shirt and have to make due with another team's when appearing on TV!

My limited experience with women's golf wear is that they're not immune from the pocket problem. Some have useable pockets and some have places that you might fit a dime, though I won't claim to know if the ratio differs vis-a-vis other clothing types. Though I will say it'd be hard to do worse than dress slacks.

Well, if you insist There I was, walking around the regionals up in Duluth this past year, when I hear she got on TV out at her school. So, I look it up online, find the video... only to see her wearing a shirt from 1816, one of the other MN team's we're friendly with. When asked, it turns out she remembered a whole bunch of robotics shirts when she went back to school, just not her own team's!

Maybe no rep, but at last count, there were five highlight posts from this thread, including a bit from your OP about zebra stripes.

I am amazed, and way late to this party.

Y'all need to look at apparel from 5.11. They have some highly useful gear cut appropriately for men and women. Check out LA Police Gear, or your local shooting emporium.

Poser, but wearing bloody useful pants,

Re: Pockets on Women's Pants

Pockets tend to wear out fairly quick holding tools. Most trades use utility belts, they hold more and are easier to organize. At the end of the day you take off your belt and everything is there for the next day. Less chance of losing tools. Kinda along the line of the fanny pack but more utilitarian.

A quick search turn up this one for women:
http://women.duluthtrading.com/store...cessor=content

Very Cool. It reminds me of Han Solo's gun belt in the original Star War movies. http://cdn.playbuzz.com/cdn/3763ca80...453ed72228.jpg

I don't see why men couldn't wear something like this. Maybe in black instead of the purple.

This seems to be the sum of my research into the topic. Womens pants seem to be tighter in every class of leg adornments: from leggings to khakis to denim. I believe that having pockets would be downright uncomfortable with the stretch factor on some of the pants I've seen.

Re: Pockets on Women's Pants

You can't go wrong with Tactical Pants (http://www.511tactical.com/womens/womens-pants.html) which are actually made for people who need to carry stuff (think EMTs/First Responders/Police WOmen) in their pockets. The additional benefit with Tac Pants is that they are meant to be abused in every way possible

Re: Pockets on Women's Pants

I don' know much about golf gear, but I used to do a lot of road biking and most bike jerseys have a pocket in the back.

Dave

This one has 2 rear/side pockets
http://www.performancebike.com/webap...400040__400040

This is a men's version with one large rear pocket.
