Far more than I should have If you or the other volunteers would like to copy the Markdown document to the FIRSTwiki, they absolutely can! Only requessts on my part are this:

a) Link back to either the GitHub Repo or the GitHub link to the document specifically. That way people can find the most up-to-date version of it.

b) Provide proper attribution to all of the people who contributed to it. (basically just include the README.md.)
