I know - I was right there :c)
I actually did see an opponent push a robot back on its feet - back in '98 at Rutgers I believe it was a quarterfinal, just two robots on the field, one on one and one got tipped up off its wheels halfway through the match. the other team came over immediately and pushed it back on its feet (deliberately) so it could continue to play. The crowd was on its feet! Sportsmanship was completely different back then (a kinder and gentler FIRST?) |
