According to FIRST, there are 2 active teams in British Colombia, both southeast of Vancouver, 5742 and 6008. Threre are two members of 6008 on CD, both of them have been inactive on here. Hopefully more will come to life this year, but until then you may be out of luck.

There are some in northern Washington, if you are ok with driving. Team 2605 is the closest, about an hour away.
