As far as I'm aware, nope. At least not in a rule.

Rules prefixes:
G: Game. Rules of play. What the ref is waving a flag about.
R: Robot. How you are supposed to build your robot. Why the inspectors won't pass you.
S: Safety, no longer used. (Now the first section of G and R, using those prefixes.)
T: Tournament. Overarching rules of the tournament.

Found online, as my own attempts at description weren't all that satisfying to me:

L7 was used in the 50's/60's to represent being "square" or old-fashioned or un-cool. (People would hold up their thumbs and forefingers to create a square shape as a non-verbal representation.)
