Battle For The Bluegrass 2016

The 3rd Annual Battle For the Bluegrass Will take place on October 29, 2016, In Corbin, KY!This will be a one-day event with an optional load-in on the 29th.

For teams that load in on the 29th, there will be the option of a lock in. Just indicate that you will be attending the lock-in in the RSVP email.
We will try and run Practice matches all night long.

Proximity of Corbin to various cities (According to Google Maps):

Knoxville, TN: 86 Miles (1.5 hours)
Louisville, KY: 162 Miles (2.5 hours)
Indianapolis, IN: 278 Miles (4 Hours)

We Have 14-24 slots and 7 teams registered.

I hate to say that the Full Metal Jackets will most likely not be attending. A band competition falls on that Saturday and a large enough portion of the team is in the band that the team couldn't really compete in the Battle for the Bluegrass. We wish all of the teams attending this year good luck, and we say thank you to the organizers of the event!

As an aside, I look forward to being a volunteer at Battle for the Bluegrass. I'm excited to go to my first off-season event.
