1999 is one of those truly odd pieces. It's a torus, but the center is covered with a thinner material. Kind of like a glazed donut where the glaze hardened on the cooling surface, bridging the hole.

It's also the floppiest game piece FIRST has ever given (yes, including the pool noodles), pun fully intended.
