Possible FIRST-approved compressor for the upcoming season
I have been working for the most part on pneumatics for my team's robot, and I noticed that the FIRST-supplied compressors had a very low percentage duty cycle. Does anybody know if there is a FIRST-approved pneumatic compressor with a duty cycle of 100% or something close to that?

Re: Possible FIRST-approved compressor for the upcoming season
I believe the 330C-IG also meets the spec since they now let 1.1CFM@12V compressors. The 330C-IG is 1.06 CFM @ 12V

Re: Possible FIRST-approved compressor for the upcoming season
Good point as we may be "taking flight" via pneumatic thing-a-ma-bob.

Are quadcopter rotors considered a pneumatic device?

Re: Possible FIRST-approved compressor for the upcoming season
You can increase the duty cycle of the lighter duty compressors somewhat by using one of the approved fans to cool the heat sink. It's a standard detail on our robots.
