Hawaii will most definitely fill up.
With a great number of teams west of Hawaii from Asia, many international teams end up signing up to attend. We usually sign up for Hawaii last also.
Its been close to a 40 team event in recent years.
The other part is Hawaii teams are so laxed is signing up the minute its available.
