The teams that did not earn 2016 points in their 2017 home event is an odd statistic.

Most of the teams that didn't earn points in their 2016 week 5 Home Event (Auburn, Clackamas) were due to it being a third event.

Obviously anyone selecting Lake Oswego as a home event this year would make this list as well.

Looking at teams that didn't earn points in 2016 at what will be their 2017 home was meant to be a proxy for whether or not they went there last year.

I'm not sure that I understand your comment about Auburn and Clackamas. Here's what it looks like to me:

I can't find any team besides yours where they didn't get points because it was their third event.
