Steam Punk is typically set in the Victorian Era so its probably just one more reference to the theme of the game.

Does anyone else recognize the profile of that item over the "hidden" sixth wheel? It's made of wood in the version being built on the workbench, but it looks curiously like a 4-module-capable cRIO with 3 modules installed.

The Shakespeare quote from from King Henry IV is:

"Before the game is afoot, thou still let'st slip."
