Minne Mini-Regional: Saturday, November 19 at Prior Lake High School
EVENT DOCUMENTATION: The Minne Mini is a "green” event! Event documentation is being provided in advance by email. We will have large copies of most documentation posted on walls or available for reference at the information desk. If you would like paper copies for your personal reference, please print them out in advance and bring them with you. Thank you!
EVENT SCHEDULE: See attachment. Note that the event schedule has CHANGED from prior years. Please review carefully.
WORKSHOP SCHEDULE: See attachment.
JUDGING SCHEDULE: See attachment.
TEAM LIST: Version 3 is attached.
RULES CHANGES: Version 2 is attached.
AWARDS LIST and DESCRIPTIONS: See attachment.
PIT MAP: See attachment.
PRACTICE FIELD COMPONENTS: If your team was contacted about bringing practice field components, please remember to bring those with you. Please label with your team number.
BOULDERS: ALL TEAMS, please bring your boulders for the practice field. Please label with your team # in permanent marker.
PIT TABLES: If you would like a table in your pit, please remember to bring one.
FLOOR PROTECTION: Please help take care of the gym floor in the pits. Our custodial staff is especially concerned about table legs and the bottom of pit structures. Please take steps to minimize their impact on the gym floor (tape the bottom of table legs, etc).
SAFETY GLASSES: Remind everyone to bring their safety glasses.
LUNCH ORDERS: If your team would like to order additional lunches, please place another order now via the GoogleForm. In the "notes" section, please indicate this is an "additional order" for your team. There will be a LIMITED number of additional lunch tickets available for sale EARLY Saturday morning for $ 6 each.
Remember to pay for your pre-ordered lunch tickets either Friday evening or early Saturday morning. Please submit one payment for all lunch tickets for your team. Checks should be payable to “Prior Lake Robotics” and the memo line should note the FRC team # and "lunch". Cash is accepted also. Lunches ordered BY Nov 11 are $ 5 each; Lunches ordered AFTER Nov 11 are $ 6 each.
ATTENDANCE: To help us with planning for future events, please be prepared to provide your best estimate of the following MMR attendance numbers for your team at check in:
* Student Team members AND Mentors
* Other attendees related to your team (friends/family members/etc)
EMERGENCY CONTACT: If your team should experience an emergency on event day that will either cause your team to arrive late, or prevent your team from attending, please contact Mike at 952-500-3805. If you cannot reach Mike in person, please either leave a voicemail or send a text message.
