Can't edit my profile?

When I go to user cp > edit profile, I get:

trycatch, you do not have permission to access this page.

Any idea why?

You're a new user. It's probably just one of the protections Brandon, the site admin, put in place to deter spam bots. Just send a PM Brandon Martus if you want to get it changed. He MAY be able to help you out.

I know when i made mine that i had to (if memory serves me correctly) make a certain amount of posts to "unlock" some features. though I don't know if that's the case now.
