I'm aware that I'm supposed to pick teams from this event. When we get random and the team isn't there than who's fault is that?

Yours for missing a pick and not swapping it out when you arrive to the draft...

Technically it is no ones fault also you can swap out your pick by request so something like

"TRF would like to swap XXXX for YYYY and FYI XXXX actually isn't attending the event " would avoid the comment chain
