Dlink DAP-1522 resetup

hi, i was wondering if there is anyway to take off the FRC firmware and put on the Dlink firmware onto the DAP-1522 wireless bridge.

Re: Dlink DAP-1522 resetup

IIRC, the DAP-1522 was never configured with custom firmware so you shouldn't need to install any firmware to use it as a standard Access Point. All you need to do is hold the reset button on the back of the router for 10 seconds and then go to the AP web interface to set it up, like you would normally and the default settings will be restored.

The 2015 and 2014 bridge utilities never added custom firmware, just changed settings to allow robots to interface with the FMS.
