The people we typically have on match strategy are the same people we have pit scouting. IN our case, we have five members on our department. We have two in the stands, two in the pits, and our captain relays information between our two 'teams'.
However, keeping a member beside the pit crew is a challenge for us as well. Pit crew can only have a limited amount of team members, due to the fact that robots break down and may need to be modified, strategy in pit crew is often on the lower side of the priority list.
