TBC swaps 3133 for 6314(post-draft)

Advise that I'm confused as all get out on the sudden appearance of teams 6143 (SL) and 6134 (TBC) on the draft list, when 6314 (TBC swap)and 6413 were the teams on the available list. If I'm correct, those should be 6413 (SL) and 6314 (TBC), and that's what's going into the master sheet.
