"Raiding" in twitch terms is just another way of sending viewers from one stream to another. It is very rarely meant to harass, but usually streamers will 'host' another stream as they are about to go offline to give the viewers something to watch, something usually interesting. I, for one, welcome our new PogChamp and PJSalt overlords.
