Thank you for taking the time to say all this it will most likely really help out the rookies and underclassmen who don't exactly know how crazy it gets and how fast it gets there.

Another handy tip is to"snip" large pieces of quoted text( if people want to read it they can go to the original) to avoid pages becoming a little clogged and also to reduce the size of images/pictures posted posted in threads.
