A quick look at Google Maps would appear to indicate that your team's school is only a ten minute walk away from Columbia University. You may want to reach out to their engineering or computer science departments to see if any students or professors would be interested in helping out. From my experience, college student mentors, especially FIRST alumni, tend to make very passionate and knowledgeable mentors.

I'm sure you can find some FIRST alumnus/i at Columbia who would be happy to get involved with a team again.
