Problem Imaging Driver Station

A new year, a new competition Driver Station that needs to be imaged. Our team received a 2016 Acer E11 ES1 Laptop from FIRST Choice and we needed to set it up with the 2017 image. To do this I followed all of the steps on the process outlined on screensteps. However, after creating the bootable flash drive and running the installation on the laptop, once it finished reformatting the hard drive and went to launch windows, it crashed. It gives a error screen that reads:

"Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
3. Click "Repair your computer

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

File: lm3554.sys
Status: 0xc0000098
Info: Windows failed to load because a required file is missing, or corrupt.
"

I have tried this process multiple times so far and every time the same error occurs. Has anyone had this problem or know how to solve it?

Sidenote: One thing I noticed on the screen steps that didn't make sense was a stray arrow on an image. This image shows up towards to end of the setup for the flash drive. The text with this image just says to "Select “Prepare Drive” to begin the process," and makes no mention to the arrow pointing to the check box. I have tried the process with and without ticking that box and it has not made a difference.

I am working on creating a new image, but due to a hard drive failure during the image creation process (what led to the rush which caused the corrupt image to be posted with no QA in the first place) it must be made from scratch.

I am hoping to have this complete before the Team Update is posted tomorrow so we can announce it there.
Hope this saves anyone the trouble if they have this problem.
