Hello, I am with team 2854 and we have been using a typical 6 wheel tank drive/ kop chassis for our previous seasons. This season we have been considering a slide drive to increase our ability to precisely place and receive gears. Does anyone have any thoughts on slide drives during this season? Also, we were wondering if anyone knows if we can turn our kop chassis into a slide drive. (We have seen it done in previous years.)

Precision on a drive base doesn't just come from the drive base itself drive practice will do wonders for how accurate you are.
