Where to find past WPILib jar files?

It should be relatively easy to update 2015 and 2016 to 2017 wpilib. The respective porting guides on screensteps discuss the features that changed. In our experience, we only had to change a few things, and had the robots working in less then an hour.

For the cRIO robots, you can still easily get the 2014 wpilib, using the links in the 2014 screensteps. Similarly, I would port everything to 2014.

This is what we typically do, as it's much easier then trying to maintain many different versions of the library. Besides the wpilib jar, you also need all of the old cRIO/roboRIO images and imaging tools.
