Guess the High Goal Shooter Accuracy
No doubt you can design a shooter that unloads 3-5 Fuels a second. The question is: How accurate do you think a team can get it.
Assuming that you miss 1/3 of the Fuel, the comparison of low vs high makes high shooting less compelling. |

Assuming the same rate of fire, and 100% low goal accuracy, you need to shoot with 34% accuracy in the high goal to be worth it. |

Assuming that 5 balls per second processing rate is a hard limit, the low goal is capped at 75 points in the teleoperated period, which can be accomplished by scoring as few as two gears. |

Re: Guess the High Goal Shooter Accuracy
In my personal opinion if you shoot, all you need to go for is the high goal. This makes more teams likely to pick you for alliance selections (assuming you are not a captain), because the way I see it is the captain of the alliance will be focusing on climbing, and gears since it has a 100 point value in eliminations if you turn all rotors, and the first pick will either be a high goal bot that does not miss often or an efficient gear robot. The second pick will either be a defensive bot or a high goal shooter.

Balls that miss the high goal roll back down into the robot's hopper, are shot again, until all balls are in. |
