No. They won week 4 and INCMPS with us in 2015. Then, they won all 4 IN events this year. Their streak is 4. So they are 6 for 8 on IN events i believe. They have a streak of 6 however. Either way, they may not be perfect like 2056 was but still really impressive in my opinion.

Edit: Plus, you can look at their banners on the right side of this page. It's a cool feature by TBA.

Notable Streaks in History:

23 - 2056, at regionals
21 - The Undertaker, at WrestleMania
6 - 1024, at Indiana events
5 - Jimmie Johnson, in NASCAR's Chase for the Sprint Cup

Not bad company!

Re: FRC In Indiana 2017

OK- I am resurrecting this thread to see how predictions change now hat we actually HAVE the game and have a had a bit of build time. (Especially since its closer to comp. season too)

I would say my guess is that a team from someplace other than Indianapolis will dominate the district. (Mostly because in recent years, the focus has been around here, and we seem to forget that we are all basking in the glow of some amazing teams like team 71)

Not to say that others won't or couldn't do good, because it's just a guess honestly lol

I still predict an Indianapolis-area team winning dcmp, just because there's a large quantity of quality teams (234, 1024, 1529, 1741). As for my teams to look out for, I'm going to predict the top ten teams in IN this year:

1.) 868
2.) 1501
3.) 1741
4.) 1024
5.) 1747
6.) 234
7.) 3947
8.) 1529
9.) 135
10.) 71

Let's see how wrong I am

Re: FRC In Indiana 2017

I'm especially interested in that 1529 ranking you've got there.
I thought hard about it and concluded for himself that I honestly think theat they're going to move up and start being more competitive too now. It might be a while before they're a super good team, but I've got lots of buddies on their team and it looks like they really learned a lot from last year and are taking full advantage of it!

I've had long talks with Danny Blau here at AndyMark. (It's impossible to have short talks with Danny.) I think they've got their build philosophy down after last year, things that I saw in years my past teams were successful. Even with the switch in teachers, it wouldn't surprise me at all to see them go deep in Huntington.

Re: FRC In Indiana 2017

My only prediction of note at this point is that 1747's robot performance will either be wildly successful this season or a complete and total mess. This is a gutsy strategy and we won't know if it'll work until it's built. I'm excited and nervous. If we get it completed and functional as it's currently specified, it will be impressive. Keep your eyes open for a reveal video late in build season.

I would definitely agree! Haha I think we are feeling the same here, although the numbers don't lie for us. The matter is making sure it works! Lol I look forward to competing with you guys!

Also- my other prediction will be that a rookie team will be on a finalist alliance for at least one event. (Doesn't matter which.)

Just make sure you go to the St. Joseph where your team is registered. Both of the St. Joseph district events are Week 4, one in Michigan and one in Indiana.

I believe in intuition and inspiration. Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution. It is, strictly speaking, a real factor in scientific research.
