OM5P-AC Router Setup Issue

We did what was on the website and it didn't work. We went through the setup without any errors. But the router has a red indicator light for the wireless LED (Access Point, but Unlinked) an the router does not broadcast any wireless signal at all. We setup our first router with the same process and it worked.

What we tried:
-Manually set static ip
-Different configuration settings
-Resetting router
-Running in administrator mode
-Using different cables

Could i be a defective router? have any of you had this issue?

Have you tried connecting to it from another device?

We could try, but it won't broadcast a wireless signal

Do a fresh reimage from the documentation. Make sure you don't use the Israeli version (unless you are in Israel) because they have a different IP standard than other countries.
