Tracking System for Tools

I am looking for some type of program where I can have someone enter their personal and then enter the equipment id number they are taking. I was trying to do something in excel but i do not have the training to be able to do that. I was hoping it would record the day and time of taking it and then they would can it again to put it back. What are your thought on a system like this?

Re: Tracking System for Tools

This timesheet application seems to meet your needs. It is intended for tracking student attendance, but I see no reason it couldn't be applied to tools. Just assign each tool a number, and then make an account in the timesheet for each one.

Re: Tracking System for Tools

We can modify our current attendance tracker to do tools as well. That would be a nice off-season project.
