Connecting and Using a Rotary Optical Encoder with a roboRIO

I have been attempting to use a SRX magnetic encoder and I have had little success. Now, I am going to use this rotary optical encoder:

How would I connect this to the RIO, and how would I go about using this with Labview?

Did you contact CTRE support? What was wrong with the CTRE Mag encoder?

I found the issue, there were file conflicts with the project we were testing with and after fixing that problem the magnetic encoders worked very well. Our team will most likely use the magnetic encoder, thanks!
