Bandwidth limit with onboard equipment

Does the 7 Mbps limit include onboard communication? For instance, if I'm sending data between an IP camera and a co-processor, am I using my 7Mbps or am I free to use as much bandwidth as I want?

Re: Bandwidth limit with onboard equipment

Only the wireless link is throttled. The wireless bridge enforces it.

Is this to say that I can use as much bandwidth as I want on a wired connection ? For instance if I hooked up a switch to my setup, and put the IP cam and coprocessor in the switch, would I wouldn't be limited by the 7Mbps limit?

Correct, the 7Mbps applies to only what is sent over wireless communications through the FMS. As long as the data is not being sent across the FMS you can use as much bandwidth as you please.
