Team Version Hopper assembly
So, we've built the team version hopper, but we can't figure out how the strike plate attaches to the hopper for the life of us. The drawings don't show anything, so we're super confused. Can someone who's done this before help us out? Pictures would be fantastic if you've got em.

Re: Team Version Hopper assembly
Download the diagrams for building the "real" field. Look at drawings around GE-17252 which shows the real Kick Bar. This one is made of steel tubing, but we are going to try making one out of 3/4 in. PVC water pipe and fittings.
We were not happy with the plywood version and it won't work with a practice field where the hopper is on one side of the fence and the Kick Bar is on the other side, so we hope the PVC version will work. We also had problems with the hinges on the hopper being mounted below the plate which binds when pushed high enough for the Kick Bar to be placed under it. |

Re: Team Version Hopper assembly
Reset Robotics made their own version of the Hopper. It's similar to the team version but some modifications to be more accurate to the actual field and with some modifications to fit in the space they have. These pictures should help you set up yours: http://imgur.com/a/BsHCd

Re: Team Version Hopper assembly
Sorry for the delay Nick, but here are pictures of 1676's Hopper and Strikeplate assembly set up: http://imgur.com/gallery/lZXke. IIRC the only alteration we made to the team version drawings was cutting an inch or two off of the "handles" of each hopper on their respective strikeplate sides so that everything fit properly. (If you look at page 136 of the 2017 Field Components document, the "handle" of each hopper on the official field is only 4 inches long, while the team versions call for them to be slightly over 6 inches.)
