Broken 3D Printer

Our 3D printer broke last Friday. We have spent the last few days trying to fix it but it seems like it is beyond repair. We were using it to print some pulleys for our intake. We are currently unable to order these pieces because they are on backorder online. We were wondering if there is any team in the Chicago area who would be willing to print some parts for us. Please send me a pm if your team would be able to help.
Thank you!

Re: Broken 3D Printer

CAD is a pretty obscure sub-forum, and anyhow you're not asking CAD specific questions. You may want to move this thread to General Forums or something.

There should be 3D printing services online from places like 3DHubs. I have no experience with that kind of thing tho, so ask around.

Re: Broken 3D Printer

What are you looking to print? If is available online someone may have some extra to give you. Also we can 3d print some stuff and seedy delivery to you in about 3 days or so.

Thanks for the advice! I am not sure how to move this post to General Forums without creating another thread. Do you know how I could do this?

We need to print 10 pulleys for the intake. They took about 45 minutes each on our printer. I don't have the CAD file with me right now, but can post it soon. Thank you so much for offering to help!

Re: Broken 3D Printer

What material, infill, and number of perimeters do you want? I'm assuming PLa, 10% infill with two perimeters would be too weak, for instance.

We were hoping to print the final ones at 30% infill, full support and 2 perimeters. However, 4645 is located close to us and has offered to print them. But thank you so much for the help!
