Ding ding ding! I think we have a winner. I CADed exactly the same thing without the exterior details.
Is there any reason for the spikey exterior, or just for fun? |

Not sure what width flat belt you are using, but 1.625" Baby Colsons work nicely as crown pulleys for 1" flat. Lots of grip on the belt as well.
