Lever Nuts are great for Wiring our team used the at an off season event that we built a new robot for last year and they held together beautifully.
http://www.andymark.com/product-p/am-2576.htm As for connecting into the PDP, VRM and PCM stripping the wire and sticking it in there is great but ferrule connectors are a great alternative to make wiring look crisp and clean. Any questions feel free to ask. |

To go in the various PCM and VRM connector you want the appropriate size ferule. You allow need the correct crimper for the ferule. Automaition Direct also have nice taps & hand tools. Really easy to spend $35.00 on those.
