Re: California District Proposal, Rev 2
If RD's do not want to go to districts, and I want to go to districts, will CA go to districts?
No. If RD's want to go to districts, and I do not want to go to districts, will CA go to districts? Yes. Who has all the authority in this situation? FIRST HQ will tell you the same thing I'm saying, because it's what FIRST HQ told me, the buck stops with our RD's. . All other topics have been hashed out on this thread and others. Volunteers, venues, money. They are real issues, but they are surmountable. RDs who won't plan a transition is insurmountable. This is reality. Thanks for sharing more perspectives. I am trying to give as clear a picture for anyone who wants to know what actually needs to happen. Ask your RDs to commit! Or at least commit to committing? Or give you metrics on what they want to see before they commit to committing? Best, -Mike |
