Error Trying to Install Java Eclipse Plugins

I'm trying to update the Java FRC Eclipse Plugins on our laptop, but I keep on running into an error. The laptop I'm having the error with is running Windows 7, 64-bit. Following these instuctions, http://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s/...eclipse-c-java, I've tried the online and offline option for installation. The online version fails to read the repository, so I resorted to the offline version. When installing, I continually run into this error beyond my best efforts to fix it:

'Installing Software' has encountered a problem.
An error occurred while collecting items to be installed.

My school blocks that site, so when I tried to google the error before making this post, I didn't see that site. I opened the site on my phone and got it working. Thanks!

That's completely normal for my school IT department. For a time, they even had CD blocked because it's a "Forum". At least they haven't blocked StackExchange yet.
