Post Another chapter on FIRST history...

Following the trend, here's another one on FIRST history:
Which were the first international teams?
I remember checking the Internet Time Machine on FIRST and discovering that a team from Jamaica participated in 1994. Unfortunately the site now only covers dates past 1996...
[EDIT] Found info from 1994, here's the proof:
http://web.archive.org/web/199801110.../teamlist.html
[/EDIT]
I also remember team 15, from Puerto Rico - kinda international -, I guess their last year was 2000. From the low team number, I'm guessing they were around FIRST since at least '98.
Now... What about other teams? Which was the FIRST one from Canada? Do you remember anything else?
Here's the list:

1994 - Jamaica
1998(?) - Team 15, Puerto Rico
2000 - Team 383 (yeahh ), Brazil
2002 - Team 759, England
2003 - Team 1156, Brazil (well done boys )
2003 - Team 1134, Germany (they were signed up for the Manchester Regional but they dropped and we never heard from them again. Anyone knows what happened?)

That was us, of course--Team 188, Woburn Robotics, from Toronto. We started in FIRST in 1998, but also competed in Canada FIRST for three years prior to that.

And a team from Jamaica (not Jamaica, NY, either!)...we always go on about being the first international FIRST team, but I guess that has to stop!

We are, also I believe the first international (or at least Canadian team) to win a regional competition held in the united states (west mi - 2003) = )

Nope. Been there, done that.
VCU/2001, Seattle/2002
And I also believe team 15 from Puerto Rico won Long Island on 2000. We didn't get to see the finals, but they did have a hell of a good robot (and I'm sure the field set up guys wouldn't agree with that - anyone who saw them knows what I mean )
