-work with the younger kids while you can. Get them prepped for next year.

-mentor a Lego League team in the fall

- thank all the people who made your FIRST experience worthwhile while you can

- then take your experience with you wherever you go and show enthusiasm for the great times you had with FIRST.

There is nothing to say you cant get new teams going or come back and help your old team. Now it's time for you to give something back as a leader.

My alumni students are great assets to team 25. We couldn't operate without them.

Do your Homework

What Dean asks is the most important and valuable thing you can ever accomplish in FIRST: Take your FIRST experiences with you wherever you go, whether that is College or Work, and get others involved.

If you need some advice on starting a team in college, let me know. It is hard work sometimes, but I can tell you with all of my heart that it is worth it to see the smiles and enjoyment from the new students you bring to this wonderful organization
