I LOVE McMaster. They are the best online catalog folks I know.
I can order at 5:30pm and have almost anything I order on my dock at 9:30 the next morning -- using standard UPS shipping. It is awesome. You may want to look into getting polycarb sheet from them. Joe J. P.S. It helps that Delphi has an account with UPS that makes shipping a LOT cheaper. If I had to pay $25-50 every time I had a shipment sent, I may think about things a little different. As it is the shipping costs are not even a factor for most orders I make.
