Our team meets:
Tuesdays 5:30pm - 8:30pm
Thursdays 5:30pm - 8:30pm
Saturdays 9:00am - 3:00pm

Of course this schedule falls apart with 7-10 days left until shipping, at which point it becomes crazy.
