FIRST Jeopardy! (5/16)

A halfway recap of scores: M. Krass has a commanding lead with 1400 points; Meli W. has 500 points; and Cory, OneAngryDaisy, & srawls are tied with 400.

Here's one that shouldn't be too bad. For 200 points, this moon is unique in that it is the only large moon that revolves around it's mother planet opposite the mother planet's direction of rotation. It also shoots up geysers despite how cold it is.

PS. To avoid any possible confusion, I don't want the points, they should go to FotoPlasma

It didn’t need to be in the form of a question. Notice how yesterday he said it had to be in the form of a question only for that day

So the points go to FotoPlasma anyway .

True, he did say that. I just figured that since he posted in the form of an answer, the response should be a question. Oh well ... there are better things to concern myself over.

Out of boredom, the "better things to concern myself over" has become what time EddiMcD will log on and post today's question. Looking over his past patterns, I'll put my bet on 7:30-7:50. I won't be in town tonight, but I'll check tomorrow to see if I'm right. Maybe this should be a ventures option (or maybe I should check myself into ChiefDelphi Adict's Anonymous?)

In actuality, the question will come between 12:00am and 11:59pm. Look at the time I got it off on this one. 11:54pm. On some occasions, if the question has already been answered, you might see it very early in the morning.

On a side note, this thread is symbolic (sorry, couldn't think of a better word) of the reason I'm probably not going to require the answers in question format. On the plus side, you guys are keeping me on my toes. Jim, you get 200 points.

Oh, I was only guesing when it would come this specific day ... I know you could theoretically post it any time. I did see this one was at 11:54, so I thought you would go earlier on today's question. I'll have to become better at guesing, though, because it's 11:20 now, and no new question

Oh, so srawls isn't the only one waiting for the next message...

that's kinda the biggest flaw with this system- first come, first serve.. Any way there could be a mini-system kinda like ventures where everyone enters a answer and all of those who have the correct answer at the end of the day get points? This might be "too much", however..
