I would simplify it a bit more.

Red Home
Red Goal
Zero
Blue Goal
Blue Home

The red and blue simply refers to which side of the field, not the red or blue alliances actual scoring, if you wanted it like that, then it would be

Red Home
Blue Goal
Zero
Red Goal
Blue Home

which is a little confusing in my eyes.
