On to my 16th year in FRC

FRC #0696 (Circuit Breakers)

All the technology is there in JPL's very own Urbie Robot Sure enough, it is funded by DARPA. All we need to do is wire up all the junk on that to a Jeep and add some actuators and we'll be all set.
