Clark Gilbert has a reputation beyond repute

In addition to the government one it may be a good idea to look here to see if your state has already started a program like this. My family signed up for Indiana's the first year it came out (maybe 2-3 years ago) and it works wonders. I haven't recieved more than 5 telemarketers calls in those 3 years.
