The Eligibility Criteria for the 2004 Championship are TBA (To Be Announced). Any guesses?

Maybe the criteria will be something like "to qualify for the Championship, team must participate in a 2004 regional competition" ... and we'll all be able to go!

I have a feeling there's maybe a little controversy regarding one or two things, or they want to introduce something, and they're thinking of making a small revision. My guess (and that's what it is, a guess), is that it'll be nearly the same as last year. There's no real reason to make any drastic changes at all.
