How do you post pictures?

Click Gallery, then look for Upload Pictures in the top right.

They have to be approved before they're posted, so they don't show up instantly.

In a thread, use Attach File at the bottom. But, Brandon prefers that you upload them to the gallery and link to that than adding attachments to threads.

Actually, I believe that Brandon would rather have someone other than ChiefDelphi host the image you want to post in a thread.

If you know the URL of an image you want to post in a given thread (I'll use the Google logo, located at http://www.google.com/images/logo.gif ), you can use VBB's built-in IMG tag ( "IMG" with square brackets around it) to indicate that you want to have a specific URL displayed as an image.

If it's FIRST related, the gallery is preferred. If it's not, an attachment here or there is ok, but we wouldn't want an image attached to every one of your posts that may or may not have anything to do with the post.

Basically, if you can link it externally and its not FIRST related, please do so.
