If they're worried about people getting injured on Dean's segway - think what they'll say about this thing! I haven't been keeping myself up to date on the DEKA Segway's success (to come, or present) but personally, I can't see this thing coming to the common market.

The lawyers and insurance industry will make sure it never makes it to the mass market. It will be used only by the military and some industries with special needs and highly trained people. Pity.
